N O I T S

Nordic International Trade Seminars (NOITS)

NOITS was established in Stockholm, March 1998, at the network's first annual workshop. NOITS aims to organise annual workshops with presentations by Nordic researchers and graduate students specialising in international economics. In addition, a few non-Nordic researchers with a considerable international reputation are invited. The network serves several purposes. First, it facilitates collaborative research and scientific contacts among Nordic researchers. Second, it offers graduate students and junior researchers an opportunity to present their work, and thereby get valuable feedback, as well as to prepare for international workshops and conferences. Third, it is hoped to strengthen the ties between the Nordic academic institutions.
