NOITS THIRTEENTH ANNUAL WORKSHOP 2010,
LOCAL INFORMATION
Registration
People wishing to participate should send an email to info-hecer@helsinki.fi, by April 16, 2010 with the following information:
-Date of arrival and date of departure
-Do you need a hotel room? For how many nights?
-Dietary requirements
-Do you participate in the Workshop Dinner on May 21st?
-Do you participate in the Dinner on May 22nd?
Workshop Venue
You can find a map at http://kartta.hel.fi/opas/main/. After choosing proper language, you can search for the map by writing Arkadiankatu 7 to the street address box.
A PC and data projector for Power Point presentations, and an overhead projector are available for participants' use.
Accommodation
We have
reserved rooms for May 20–23 (3 nights) from Sokos
Hotel Presidentti, Eteläinen

The hotel is 100 meters away from the workshop venue.
The trip to the airport takes half an hour by taxi or Finnair Airport bus.
Bus and underground stations are right across the street from the hotel, and the railway station is only a few minutes away.
The organizers cover all the accommodation costs of all the participants (breakfast is included).
Reimbursements and travel
expenses
The organisers will cover economy airfare tickets for Ph.D students and keynote speakers.
An expense claim form can be printed out from the home page.
Please complete the form and return it with
